Exchange & Return Window

Change of mind: within 7 days of delivery.
Item differs from its description or the agreed terms: within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of the date you became aware of it.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

Change of mind (including colour/size exchange): round-trip shipping of KRW 6,000 is paid by the customer.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items: all shipping costs are paid by the seller.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

The item was lost or damaged through the customer’s fault (opening the packaging to inspect the item does not count).
The item’s value has dropped significantly through use or partial consumption.
The item’s value has dropped significantly over time such that it can no longer be resold.
The packaging of a reproducible item has been opened.
The item was made to order, where this was disclosed and agreed to in advance.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Card payments are refunded by cancelling the authorisation; your card issuer may take 3-5 business days to reflect it.
Bank transfers are refunded to the account you provide.
If a partial return brings the remaining order below KRW 50,000, the shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g. the item is out of stock) we will notify you within 3 business days and refund you within 3 business days of receiving payment.
